Als Legal Advisor Sociaal recht vallen de volgende activiteiten onder jouw takenpakket:
- Samen met jouw collega’s binnen het team ben je aanspreekpunt voor alle juridische vragen rond Arbeidsrecht en Sociale Zekerheid.
- Je adviseert, je volgt trends in de regelgeving en geeft proactief aanbevelingen.
- Jouw interne klanten zijn de HR afdelingen van Infrabel en NMBS, die kunnen rekenen op jouw vlot en accuraat advies.
- Je ‘vertaalt’ nieuwe regelgeving voor toepassing in de operationele praktijk en geeft hierover opleidingen.
Profiel
- Master in de Rechten met een eerste relevante ervaring
- Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office toepassingen
- Je hebt een voldoende kennis van het FR, mondeling en schriftelijk
- Kennis van het beheer van de sociale wetgeving, benchmarking of ervaring met een sociaal secretariaat zijn pluspunten
