Our client is a leading international FMCG company with a strong portfolio of iconic brands and an established presence in the Belgian retail market.
Beschrijving van de functie
- Take full ownership of the commercial portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong strategic customer relationships and act as the key commercial point of contact.
- Lead customer negotiations, Joint Business Plans, contracts and commercial agreements.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing customer-specific initiatives.
- Support the Channel Manager in defining sales strategies, commercial targets and promotional policies.
- Develop sales volume budgets and forecasts for assigned customers.
- Monitor customer spending, contractual agreements and commercial investments against budget
Jouw profiel
- Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Key Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian retail/FMCG market.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, business planning and claim management.
- Autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership of customer relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is required.
- Fluent in French and English.
