Voor een vooraanstaande internationale bankspeler in België is Adecco op zoek naar een gedreven en analytische Operations Officer – KYC. Als KYC Operations Officer ben jij de poortwachter van de bank. Je duikt in het hart van de corporate klantenportefeuille en zorgt ervoor dat alle klantdossiers 100% compliant, up-to-date en risicovrij zijn. Wat staat er op jouw agenda?
• Diepgaande analyses: Je pluis complexe bedrijfsstructuren uit en controleert KYC-dossiers volgens de nieuwste lokale en internationale regelgeving.
• Risico’s spotten: Je voert adverse info checks uit en analyseert partiële triggers om mogelijke risico’s direct te signaleren.
• Samenwerken & Schakelen: Je bent de spil tussen KYC Coördinatoren, de Middle Office en Compliance. Samen lossen jullie complexe vraagstukken op en halen jullie de deadlines.
• Helder communiceren: Je rapporteert de voortgang en uitdagingen transparant aan je teamleider en stemt vlot af met collega’s in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
• Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over minimaal een Bachelor (bijv. Economie, Recht of Bedrijfsbeheer) én hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd (bij voorkeur in Corporate Banking, Compliance of een commerciële rol).
• Talen wonder: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Daarnaast heb je een uitstekende professionele kennis van het Engels.
• Analytisch talent: Je doorziet snel complexe structuren, werkt nauwkeurig en weet informatie helder samen te vatten.
• Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een zelfstandige self-starter, communicatief sterk en een echte teamplayer die energiek blijft in een multiculturele omgeving.
• Digital Native: Vlotte werkervaring met MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) en PDF-tools.
