Project Management Support

Our client is a growing investment fund active in the impact investing space, supporting businesses that generate both financial returns and measurable social or environmental impact.
To support its continued growth, they are looking for a Project Officer to coordinate and drive a broad range of operational initiatives. The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, process improvement and business support, offering exposure to fundraising, operations, governance, and special projects across the organization.

Prepare for the fundraising team the fundraising materials and investor documentation.
Manage and maintain the investor data room.
Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Managing Partner.
Support contract reviews and supplier management.
Prepare presentations, reports and management materials.
Background in consulting, project management, operations, corporate development, or a similarly broad business-oriented role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Unique exposure to private equity, operations, investor relations and fund management.
