Als sales advisor verzekeringen ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten (zowel nieuwe als bestaande). Je begeleidt hen professioneel en helpt hen de juiste verzekering te kiezen.
Jouw belangrijkste doel:
Het verkopen van het volledige gamma verzekeringen door sterke communicatie en overtuigingskracht.
Jouw takenpakket
- Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en prospecten via telefoon
- Je stelt onze verzekeringsproducten duidelijk en commercieel voor
- Je maakt offertes op maat van de klant (auto, woning, ...)
- Je volgt offertes actief op en neemt contact op om deals af te sluiten
- Je verwerkt en controleert klantgegevens nauwkeurig in het systeem
- Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten

- Je hebt een sterke commerciële mindset en houdt van verkopen
- Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je communiceert vlot en overtuigend (telefonisch)
- Je kan goed omgaan met tegenargumenten
- Je bent stressbestendig en blijft professioneel in elke situatie
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je kan zelfstandig werken én functioneert goed in team
- Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe
Vereisten
- Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands én Frans (tweetalig verplicht)
- Goede PC-kennis (MS Office, vlotte typing skills)
- Ervaring in verzekeringen of salesr? = sterke plus
