Service Desk Agent (level 2)

Fincons is looking for a SERVICE DESK AGENT (level 2) - Junior

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in end-user support for IT systems and business applications.
• Good knowledge of ITIL 4 practices and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow applications, and user support documentation.
• Knowledge of financial processes in private and/or public sector environments.
• Ability to analyze business requirements for web applications and web services.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS/SQL and SOAP-UI.
• Knowledge of Activiti BPM is a plus.
• Familiarity with collaboration and knowledge-sharing tools (wikis, social platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office automation tools.

SKILLS:

• Skill in using operating systems, remote support tools, and ticketing systems,
  combined with the ability to apply advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings. 
• Ability to organise regular coordination meetings, follow-up of actions, minutes of 
  meetings is mandatory.
• Ability to manage analytical and/or technical issues involving different teams, 
  suggest viable action list is mandatory

Language knowledge: English B2+

Office: Brussels (Belgium), on site presence is required 1 day per week.

Minimum level of qualification: Masters degree or 7 years of experience.
