Our client, a well-established Belgian company, is looking for a Fleet & HR Administration Officer to join its team. This position offers a great mix of fleet coordination, administration and internal support within a collaborative and people-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities as Fleet and HR Administration Officer

As Fleet & HR Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of administrative processes and company vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the administrative follow-up of the company fleet.
• Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding fleet-related matters.
• Managing various administrative tasks, documentation and reporting.
• Processing and monitoring invoices and related records.
• Supporting internal projects and process improvements.
• Assisting the HR team with operational and administrative support when needed.
• Ensuring accurate data management and maintaining a high level of organisation.

Jouw profiel

Your profile as Fleet and HR Administration Officer

• You have previous experience in administration, fleet coordination or office support.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• You enjoy working in a structured environment while remaining flexible and proactive.
• You are comfortable with Excel and administrative systems.
• You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders.
