Supplier Quality Manager - Industrial Environment

Our client is a leading industrial player in Europe, renowned for its technical expertise and strong commitment to continuous improvement. As part of a strategy to optimize operational performance, they are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to strengthen their purchasing and quality departments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure methodological monitoring to implement best quality practices.
• Maintain and improve supplier performance through proactive risk management.
• Promote the quality approach among internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects involving processes and tools.
• Handle non-conformities and provide support to operations.
• Monitor quality KPIs and ensure compliance with applicable standards (quality, environment, safety)

Profile:

• Degree in industrial engineering (preferably electromechanics or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Project management and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Autonomous, rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset.
• International mobility required.
• Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
