As a Technical Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage and develop solution sales activities across Belgium, mainly in Wallonia & Brussels.
- Visit existing customers facing technical issues or requesting improvements to their installed systems.
- Diagnose product or system challenges on site and identify the most appropriate solution.
- Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to validate proposed solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with technical feasibility and customer needs.
- Strengthen customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
- Identify upgrade, replacement, and small installation opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Report activities and maintain accurate forecasting using the internal CRM.
Jouw profiel
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Proven sales experience with technical products and installations.
- Fluent in French with solid working proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate technical issues into tailored solutions.
- Experience working in an industrial or technical environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating independently in a field-based role across Belgium.
- Collaborative, structured, and able to work closely with internal technical teams.
