Wat zal je job inhouden?
Als operator sturing ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Machinebediening, sturing en bevoorrading van de verschillende units
- Storingen vaststellen, analyseren en verhelpen. De sturing kan terugvallen op onderhoudspersoneel voor het oplossen van storingen
- Uitvoeren en registreren van procescontroles
- Nemen van gepaste correctieve acties in geval van calamiteiten op eigen machine
- Ombouwen van de units
- Bestellen en retourneren van onderdelen
- Orde en netheid op de machine en omgeving
- Zichtcontrole, bandafname en eventueel brommen van de luidsprekers
- Actief voorstellen maken tot het verbeteren van het productieproces

- Relevante ervaring als operator
- Een sterke focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid
- Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden
- Oog voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
- Flexibele instelling en bereidheid om verschillende taken op te nemen
- Bereidheid om te werken in een rotatiesysteem
- Motivatie om machinebesturing aan te leren
- Beschikbaarheid om te werken in een wisselend 2-ploegenstelsel
