Internship Communication

We're not going to pretend that working at an independent, family-owned brewery is as spectacular as landing on the moon, but it is still very special. Throughout the history of our four-generation family brewery – with a strong presence and deep roots in Belgium, but an equally strong international focus – quality, craftsmanship, sustainability and a pioneering spirit have been central to our values. Offering consumers top-quality beers, that's what it's all about.

As an intern, you’ll play an active role in translating our (sustainability) initiatives into clear, inspiring communications for internal and external stakeholders. This could include LinkedIn posts about our new products, a blog on the website about our sustainability strategy, or a short video for social media about what it’s like to work at Duvel Moortgat.

What tasks will you take on during your internship?

• Drafting clear, engaging communications (internal and external).
• Creating content for social media, the website and presentations.
• Boosting the visibility of our (sustainability) initiatives through storytelling and visual content.
• Assisting with the collection and analysis of sustainability data.Supporting the collection and analysis of sustainability data.

 Your ingredients:

• You are pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. communication, sustainability, marketing, etc.).
• You have a strong interest in biodiversity, sustainability and business strategies.
• You write fluently, communicate clearly and think creatively.
• You communicate fluently in English, Dutch is a must
• Plus point: You have ICT and social media communication skills, such as:
  • Video editing
  • Creating LinkedIn posts
  • Updating and optimising websites
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • You have good written communication skills.
  • You can work independently and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You treat your colleagues and external partners with respect.
