Mission context:
Administratieve functie bij KYC CCC PP: wij behandelen de aanvaarding van nieuwe klanten (identiteit, fiscal gegevens, screenings, controleren van de aanvraag) en de behandeling van de herziening van de dossiers van bestaande klanten (wijzgingen in klantgegevens, recerification,..). Takenbeschrijving:
- Algemene administratieve en logistieke taken uitvoeren
- Notuleren tijdens vergadering, beschikbaar stellen van ondersteunende materiaal voor management
- Gegevensinvoer
- Document management: Volledigheid van documenten controleren

Diploma? Voor ons is jouw motivatie belangrijker!
Je hebt een goede kennis van zowel de Nederlandse als de Franse en Engelse taal (min. B1)
Je beschikt reeds over 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie (Vb.: Administative Support of Customer Care).
Het Ms Office pakket schrikt jou niet af: Excel, Word en OneNote ben jij m.a.w. gewoon!
