Compass Group België zoekt een analytische foodie die meebouwt aan gezonde, duurzame én financieel haalbare voedingsconcepten.
In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je voedingskundige expertise met menuontwikkeling, food cost-optimalisatie, duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en digitale innovatie. Je ondersteunt de Culinary Lead en Food & Sustainability Manager bij het ontwikkelen van toekomstgerichte oplossingen voor onze verschillende segmenten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van menu’s op vlak van nutritionele kwaliteit, food cost en duurzaamheid.
Berekenen en analyseren van recepturen en food cost.
Beheren van allergeneninformatie en tools zoals Youmeal.
Ondersteunen van duurzame voedingsconcepten en de Green Deal eiwitshift.
Analyseren van data en opstellen van rapporteringen via Excel en andere digitale tools.
Verkennen en implementeren van AI-toepassingen voor menuontwikkeling, data-analyse, rapportering en procesoptimalisatie.
Bijdragen aan tenders, klantvragen en commerciële dossiers.
Opleiden en ondersteunen van operationele teams.
Jouw profiel
Bachelor of master Voedings- en Dieetkunde of gelijkwaardig.
Affiniteit met food cost, data-analyse en duurzame voeding.
Sterke Excel-vaardigheden en analytisch inzicht.
Interesse in AI, digitalisering en innovatieve technologieën.
Passie voor food waste en duurzame voedselconcepten.
Goede kennis van zowel Frans als Nederlands.
