Om onze strategie te realiseren en de innovatiekracht van Bnode expliciet te versterken, wordt het Strategic Innovation Lab (SIL) opgezet als een herhaalbare, businessgedreven capaciteit om innovaties te verkennen, valideren en opschalen. Deze innovaties moeten inspelen op duidelijk gedefinieerde businessuitdagingen en meetbare waarde creëren voor zowel het bedrijf als de klant.
De Director Strategic Innovation Lab is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, leiden en opschalen van een gestructureerde innovatiecapaciteit die de strategische uitvoering van Bnode versnelt door hoogwaardige innovaties te identificeren, te valideren en over te dragen aan de business.
De rol ziet erop toe dat innovatie businessgedreven, meetbaar en schaalbaar is, en overbrugt de kloof tussen experimentatie en operationele implementatie.
Definiëren, leiden en structureren van het Strategic Innovation Lab
- De visie, positionering en het operationeel model van het Strategic Innovation Lab bepalen als businessgedreven accelerator (niet als experimenteel speelterrein)
- Strategische prioriteiten vertalen naar een gestructureerde innovatieroadmap en portfolio
- Zorgen dat innovatietrajecten vertrekken vanuit expliciete businessuitdagingen met meetbare resultaten
- Het Lab positioneren als een sleutelhefboom voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit, klanttransparantie en differentiatie
Beheer en realisatie van een innovatieportfolio
- Structureren en beheren van een portfolio rond drie pijlers:
- Incrementele verbeteringen
- Technologieverkenning & proof-of-concepts (PoC's)
- Disruptieve initiatieven (¿moonshots¿)
- Korte, afgebakende experimenten uitvoeren met duidelijke hypotheses en succescriteria
- Beslissingen nemen rond stopzetten / opschalen / overdracht om focus te behouden en ¿innovatie-theater¿ te vermijden
- Zorgen voor waardemeting en aantoonbare businessimpact
- Innovatie-initiatieven ontwikkelen, initiëren, leiden en ondersteunen in lijn met de strategische doelstellingen van bpost group
- Een governance en proces opzetten voor prioritering van middelen (OPEX, CAPEX, talenten)
- Een governance en proces voor opvolging van innovatie-initiatieven uitwerken om voortgang te monitoren, risico's te identificeren en correctieve acties te activeren
- Een innovatiecommunity uitbouwen rond program leads
- Nauw samenwerken met businessleaders en programma-eigenaars om de uitvoering te sturen, in gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid met de business owners

Jouw profiel
- Masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde of ingenieurswetenschappen)
- Minstens 15 jaar ervaring, waarvan minstens 10 jaar in het succesvol realiseren van transformatieprogramma's, programmamanagement, operations en stakeholdermanagement - bij voorkeur in een internationale corporate omgeving en/of consultancy
- Ervaring in het vertalen van strategie naar uitvoering via plannen, programma's, mensen en cultuur
- Ervaring op senior niveau in een complexe omgeving met diverse stakeholders
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het aligneren van financiële middelen, menselijke resources, IT en andere assets om strategische doelstellingen te realiseren
- Vlot in Frans, Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Grondige kennis van change management om complexe veranderingen snel en effectief te realiseren
- Sterke leiderschapscredibiliteit
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke, communicatie- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- Sterk financieel inzicht om kostenbesparingen en omzetgroei te realiseren
- Vermogen om innovatieve ideeën te ontwikkelen en stimuleren

- bpost vertegenwoordigen in innovatie-ecosystemen (partners, academische wereld, ...)
- In nauwe samenwerking met het Group Change team zorgen voor sterke change management ondersteuning om transformatie te realiseren via innovatieve oplossingen
Teamleiding & management
- Het Innovation Lab-team leiden en ontwikkelen, met effectieve people management aanpak
- Samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team en over de organisatie heen stimuleren om innovatiecapaciteiten te versterken
