Our client, a consultancy firm, is seeking a Management Assistant to provide essential support to their General Director as well as their team of consultants. The firm places strong emphasis on work-life balance, offering 2 days of home office per week, and actively promotes sustainability through initiatives such as a Green Committee.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and legal documents in English and Dutch
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders
- Assist with filing, database management, and archiving of documents
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports
- Collaborate with the Finance team on billing processes
- Excellent command of English and Dutch (spoken and written); French is an asset
- Previous experience as a management assistant, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- 2 days of home office.
