Lead the electrical execution of a landmark 19,000 m² development in Brussels.
TalenTailors is seeking a Site Supervisor – Electrical for our client D&T Group , an international engineering and contracting company expanding its footprint across Europe. You will take ownership of all electrical execution activities for a high‑visibility mixed‑use project (hotel, residential, office, commercial) in Brussels—ensuring that design intent becomes flawless, compliant, and safe installation on site.

- Duration: ~20 months
- Contract: Temporary or Freelance options
Your Mission
In this strategic site‑level role, you will be the key link between engineering design and real‑world execution.
You will:
- Lead and supervise all electrical works on site, ensuring alignment with design intent and execution plans.
- Coordinate daily activities between the central design office, subcontractors, and on‑site teams.
- Monitor installation progress , quality control, safety compliance, and documentation.
- Ensure full adherence to RGIE / AREI regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate across disciplines (HVAC, sanitary, architectural, structural) to resolve interface issues.
- Support testing, commissioning , and final handover processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in electrical execution for commercial buildings, MEP projects, or large‑scale renovations.
- Strong working knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI standards.
- Hands‑on experience managing site teams, subcontractors , and daily execution workflows.
- Professional proficiency in French and English ; Dutch is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Belgian site safety requirements (VCA‑VOL).
