As a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee , you will play a key role in the guest experience. You will support our Housekeeping team with the daily coordination of the department, monitor the quality of guest rooms and public areas, and contribute to a variety of operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily supervision of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Support the Housekeeping team in organizing daily operations and coordinating room attendants.

• Inspect guest rooms prior to arrival, ensuring every detail meets our quality standards.

• Work closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Assist in handling guest requests, lost & found items, linen inventory, amenities, and operational supplies.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Housekeeping procedures and share ideas to optimize departmental operations.

• Gain experience in the administrative side of the department, including scheduling, room reports, priority tracking, inventories, and internal communication.

What We're Looking For

• You are currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field and have an internship agreement for a minimum of 3 months , starting from July 2026 .

• You are fluent in French and English , enabling you to communicate effectively with both colleagues and our international guests.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

• You enjoy working as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods.

• You are guest-focused and understand the importance of a perfectly prepared room.

• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment.
