Le client développe depuis plus de 30 ans un portefeuille immobilier de qualité composé principalement de bureaux, d'espaces polyvalents et de coworking. L'entreprise place l'innovation, l'expérience client et la durabilité au cœur de sa stratégie
- Être le premier point de contact des locataires pour le suivi des demandes et incidents.
- Assurer le traitement et le suivi des tickets, demandes administratives et communications.
- Coordonner les contrôles légaux et le respect des obligations réglementaires relatives aux bâtiments.
- Gérer la documentation immobilière (contrats, rapports, datarooms, archivage).
- Apporter un soutien administratif aux équipes Property Management et Asset Management.
- Agir comme Key User pour différents outils métiers (CRM, Archibus, Adfinity).
- Préparer, consolider et analyser des reportings et tableaux de bord destinés au management.
- Contrôler la qualité, la cohérence et la fiabilité des données.
- Contribuer à l'automatisation et à l'optimisation des reportings, notamment via Excel.
- Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue.
- Un bachelier ou une expérience équivalente en administration, assistanat ou gestion.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de support administratif, immobilier, facility ou similaire.
- Une excellente maîtrise du français ET du néerlandais.
- Un niveau avancé sur Excel : tableaux croisés dynamiques, analyses de données, reporting et amélioration d'outils existants.
- Une forte affinité avec les chiffres, les données et les indicateurs de performance.
- Un excellent sens de l'organisation et de la précision.
- Une attitude proactive et orientée solutions.
