Le rôle se situe en lien direct avec le top management, avec un fort écart à gérer entre la réalité du terrain et les décisions stratégiques, dans un contexte international impliquant des déplacements réguliers (UE & hors UE).

Gestion multi-projets
- Piloter simultanément plusieurs projets IT à différents niveaux de maturité
- Reprendre des projets existants, en comprendre rapidement les enjeux techniques, opérationnels et business
- Organiser, prioriser et faire avancer les sujets dans un environnement où tout reste à structurer
- Assurer le suivi des livrables, délais, dépendances et risques
- Être fortement ancré(e) dans la réalité opérationnelle des projets
- Intervenir au plus près des équipes, partenaires et prestataires
- Identifier rapidement les points de blocage et agir de manière pragmatique
- Adapter les plans d'action aux contraintes réelles du terrain
- Travailler en relation directe avec le top management
- Traduire les décisions stratégiques en plans d'actions opérationnels concrets
- Faire remonter une information claire, synthétique et factuelle du terrain
- Aider à arbitrer entre vision stratégique et contraintes opérationnelles
- Mettre en place outils, méthodes et modes de fonctionnement adaptés
- Structurer ce qui ne l'est pas encore
- Être force de proposition sur l'organisation, les priorités et les choix techniques
- Fonctionner avec une forte autonomie et un sens élevé des responsabilités
- Effectuer des déplacements réguliers dans le cadre des projets
- Coordonner des interlocuteurs dans différents pays et contextes culturels (acteurs privés & publics)
- Représenter les projets sur le terrain auprès des parties prenantes clés
Jouw profiel
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets, idéalement sur des projets IT ou digitaux spécialisés
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle, dans des environnements complexes et évolutifs
- Très bonne compréhension des solutions IT
- Forte capacité d'adaptation, de structuration et de prise d'initiative
- À l'aise dans le grand écart entre terrain et stratégie
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles, de coordination et de communication
- Goût pour les rôles exigeants, autonomes et fortement exposés
- Anglais : courant / professionnel indispensable
- Français : très bon niveau requis
