Pour un acteur majeur des secteurs de l'énergie, de la construction et des infrastructures, Vivaldis Interim recherche un Health & Safety Advisor (Niveau 1) . Un rôle clé pour piloter la politique de prévention et faire vivre la culture sécurité sur chaque chantier!
Votre mission au quotidien:
- Prévention & Chantiers: Préparer le terrain, effectuer des visites régulières pour identifier les risques et faire appliquer les consignes.
- Conformité & Légalité: Garantir le respect strict de la législation en matière de bien-être et de sécurité au travail.
- Conseil & Procédures: Rédiger les procédures de sécurité et accompagner les équipes vers les meilleures méthodes et équipements.
- Analyse & Réactivité: Investiguer les accidents de travail, établir les rapports légaux et déployer les plans d'action correctifs.
- Animation & Certifications: Animer les toolbox meetings et maintenir les certifications VCA de l'entreprise.
Profil
- Formation & Certification: Titulaire d'un Bachelier ou Master, vous possédez obligatoirement le diplôme de Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 1.
- Expérience: Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction ou de l'énergie.
- Langues: Maîtrise parfaite du français avec une très bonne connaissance opérationnelle du néerlandais.
- Expertise technique: Excellente maîtrise de la législation sur le bien-être au travail, des normes VCA et de la suite Office (notamment Excel).
- Mindset: Un vrai profil de terrain ! Autonome, rigoureux et proactif, vous savez fédérer et sensibiliser les équipes avec pédagogie.
