Role Overview

We are looking for a  Technical Knowledge Support Specialist (Level 5) to support training, communication, knowledge management, and user adoption initiatives related to digital tools and technology projects.

The successful candidate will contribute to training delivery, learning content creation, user adoption activities, communication strategies, and knowledge management processes, helping end users successfully adopt and utilize information systems and digital solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on information systems and digital solutions. 

• Develop training strategies aligned with project and organizational objectives. 

• Create training modules, learning materials, and user adoption content. 

• Provide mentoring, coaching, and follow-up support to users. 

• Support the preparation and maintenance of Knowledge Base repositories. 

• Design communication and awareness initiatives to drive user adoption. 

• Draft presentations, FAQs, news articles, intranet content, and communication materials. 

• Support knowledge management and information-sharing initiatives. 

• Contribute to other information management projects when required. 

Requirements

• Experience in Training, Knowledge Management, User Adoption, Learning & Development, or related areas.

• Experience designing and delivering training programmes and user learning materials. 

• Strong communication, presentation, and content creation skills. 

• Ability to analyse, synthesize, and communicate information effectively. 

• Experience supporting end users in the utilisation of information systems. 

• Knowledge of collaborative platforms, knowledge repositories, and documentation practices. 

• Good understanding of IT tools and digital workplace environments. 

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Confluence, OpenText, or similar collaboration platforms. 

• Experience with e-learning tools and learning management environments. 

• Knowledge of PM², PM² Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. 

• Experience in Change Management and User Adoption initiatives.

• Exposure to AI adoption, digital transformation, or knowledge-sharing programmes.
