Now, the fabled Grand Hotel Astoria will re-emerge as Corinthia Brussels later in 2024, a beacon of elegance and luxury in the heart of the Belgian capital.

Following a meticulous restoration, Corinthia Brussels will marry the classical elegance of its storied past with sophisticated modern facilities including 126 rooms and suites, a gastronomic restaurant and brasserie, and 1000 square metres of wellness. Catering to discerning locals and luxury travellers, Corinthia Brussels will harmonise heritage with an avant-garde attitude.

At Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, we are looking for a motivated and passionate intern with a strong interest in luxury hospitality to join our Front Office team. You will actively take part in welcoming our guests in an environment defined by elegance and personalized service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism, in accordance with the standards of Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out), and follow up on guest requests.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
• Participate in administrative tasks related to the reception desk.
• Serve as an ambassador of the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels, embodying our values of hospitality, respect, and authenticity.

PROFILE

• Student enrolled in a hospitality management school or hotel training program, holding a valid internship agreement.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a natural sense of service.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus.
• Comfortable with computer tools and hotel software (preferably Opera Cloud or equivalent).
• Enthusiastic, guest-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Internship agreement required, with a minimum duration of 3 months.
• Available starting August 1st.
