Housekeeping trainee H/F/X
HÔTEL ASTORIA
Idéalement situé sur la rue Royale, à quelques minutes de la Grand-Place classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, le Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria est l'endroit idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires et de loisirs qui souhaitent profiter au maximum de la vie urbaine animée.
Construit en 1908 à la demande du roi Léopold II, ce bâtiment emblématique servait de grand lieu de rencontre pour les rois, les dignitaires et les personnalités du monde entier. Acquis par Corinthia Hotels en 2016, l'établissement fait actuellement l'objet d'importants travaux de réaménagement, mais une fois terminé, il comprendra 126 chambres et suites, ainsi que de vastes salles de banquet, de restauration et un spa.
Nous recherchons un.e stagiaire motivé.e et organisé.e pour accompagner notre équipe Housekeeping dans la gestion administrative et la coordination des activités. Ce poste est idéal pour un.e étudiant.e en hôtellerie-restauration, gestion ou événementiel, souhaitant découvrir les coulisses opérationnelles d'une cuisine professionnelle, sans être impliqué.e dans la préparation culinaire.
RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES
. Assurer le suivi administratif du département (planning, absences, suivi des heures, coordination avec RH).
. Participer à l'élaboration et au contrôle des standards qualité (LQA, Forbes, audits internes).
. Superviser les équipes sur le terrain en soutien des gouvernantes et assurer le respect des procédures.
. Suivre les indicateurs de performance (productivité, coûts linge, stocks, pertes & casses).
. Coordonner de petits projets d'amélioration continue (optimisation des processus, réorganisation des offices, réduction des coûts, amélioration des flux).
. Gérer ponctuellement des projets spécifiques comme la mise à jour des SOP, le suivi fournisseurs ou des actions liées à la satisfaction client.
- . Servir de relais entre terrain et management en remontant les points d'attention opérationnels.
Compétences et connaissances
· Formation en hôtellerie-restauration, gestion ou logistique (BTS, licence, école spécialisée.).
· Intérêt pour l'univers Housekeeping et la gestion opérationnelle.
· Excellent sens de l'organisation et rigueur administrative.
· Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, éventuellement logiciels de gestion).
· Capacité à s'intégrer dans une équipe, à communiquer efficacement.
· Discrétion, autonomie, esprit d'initiative.
