Beschrijving van de functie
USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Business Analist voor onze klant in regio Brussel. Dit kan zowel als USG Project consultant als op Freelance basis!
Ben jij een Business Analyst met sterke HR-ervaring en heb je een passie voor het verbeteren van de manier waarop organisaties hun workforce plannen? Dan is dit mogelijk een interessante transformatieopdracht voor jou.
We zijn op zoek naar een hands-on Business Analyst die ondersteuning biedt binnen een groot HR-planning- en workforce-transformatieprogramma. Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders om de huidige werkwijze in kaart te brengen, bestaande processen kritisch te bekijken en mee te werken aan de toekomstige oplossing.
Wat ga je doen?
- Analyseren en documenteren van AS-IS-processen en business rules
- Definiëren en documenteren van TO-BE-processen en business rules
- Analyseren van de huidige HR-planningstools en werkwijzen
- Onderzoeken van mogelijkheden voor de toekomstige planningoplossing en beoordelen of de huidige tool nog geschikt is
- Verzamelen en vertalen van businessbehoeften naar duidelijke functionele en niet-functionele requirements
- Uitvoeren van impactanalyses op het vlak van processen, organisatie, data en applicaties
- Nauw samenwerken met HR en andere business stakeholders en bestaande werkwijzen kritisch durven uitdagen
- Meewerken aan oplossingen rond:
- Shiftplanning en planning van werkroosters
- Vakantie- en afwezigheidsplanning
- Beheer van overuren
- Workforce- en capaciteitsplanning
- Planning over verschillende afdelingen heen
- Ondersteunen van testing, validatie en implementatie van de toekomstige oplossing
- Bijdragen aan documentatie, gebruikersrichtlijnen en change-activiteiten

Jouw profiel
Wat zoeken we?
Je hebt:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst
- Sterke ervaring binnen het HR-domein - dit is belangrijk
- Aantoonbare ervaring met HR planning / workforce planning
- Ervaring met het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en het vertalen van AS-IS ? TO-BE
- Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van requirements gathering en stakeholdermanagement
- Uitstekende analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een proactieve mindset en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
- Professionele kennis van Nederlands en Engels

Ervaring met één of meerdere van onderstaande zaken is een sterke troef:
- Planpoint
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Workforce Management / Workforce Planning tools
- Shiftplanning / rostering
- Self-scheduling
- Capaciteitsplanning
- Vakantie- en afwezigheidsplanning
Ervaring met Planpoint of SuccessFactors is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
