Voor een internationale speler binnen de industriële sector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Business Analyst . In deze functie speel je een sleutelrol in diverse IT-, digitalisatie- en transformatieprojecten binnen de Europese serviceorganisatie.
Jouw taken:
Je beheert en coördineert verschillende IT- en business transformation projecten.
Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en detecteert opportuniteiten voor automatisatie en digitalisatie.
Je verzamelt en vertaalt business requirements naar duidelijke functionele specificaties.
Je werkt nauw samen met IT-teams, interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers.
Je bewaakt planning, prioriteiten, budgetten en risico's binnen de verschillende projecten.
Je ondersteunt commerciële en operationele verbeteringsprojecten binnen de after-salesorganisatie.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement en business analyse.
Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe informatie om te zetten in concrete acties.
Je hebt een goed commercieel inzicht en begrijpt de impact van businessbeslissingen.
Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot relaties op met verschillende stakeholders.
Je kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren en prioriteiten stellen.
Ervaring met Business Systems en IT-teams is een sterke troef.
Je communiceert vlot in het Engels. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
