We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team and lead initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty.
If you enjoy understanding customer behavior, improving user journeys and turning insights into impactful product decisions, this opportunity could be for you.
What you'll do
Define and maintain the roadmap for your area, aligned with the Product Office strategy.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
Prioritize the backlog in collaboration with Product Delivery and Technology teams.
Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI and business stakeholders.
Track adoption, engagement and performance KPIs.
Contribute to product discussions, experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support strategic projects related to customer engagement, loyalty and new product development.
Your focus area
You'll bring expertise in:
Customer acquisition and conversion journeys.
Website experience, landing pages and funnels.
Customer communications and activation strategies.
Onboarding, engagement and retention programs.
Loyalty initiatives and AI-driven engagement solutions.
Experimentation, testing and optimization across the customer journey.
Supporting new product launches and growth initiatives.

Experience in Product Management, Growth, Customer Experience or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions.
Confidence operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Transparency
In line with our commitment to fair and transparent hiring practices, the salary range for this role is €40,000 to €45,000 gross annual salary , depending on experience, skills and level of seniority.
