As part of our operations organization, you will be responsible for Claims handling in Motor and Property / Liability.

What can you expect?

• Represent your client’s interests with the various insurers / experts / repair shops
• Manage and follow-up claim files
• Take initiatives and decisions in time to ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of files.
• Be the client’s point of contact for insurance claims management
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, insurers, experts and lawyers 
• Analyze claims reports and review applicable policy conditions 
• Communicate and negotiate with insurers, lawyers and experts
• Identify any problems and to seek solutions together with the team

What you need to have:

• 5 years experience in the insurance business
• Bilingual NL & FR
• Good knowledge of English
• Customer orientation and business insight
• Team spirit
• Autonomy and pro- and reactivity to respond to clients queries
• Ability to set your priorities and to multitask

• Knowledge of different tools: Excel, Powerpoint , AI, Data Processing
