Bij Volvo zijn ze op zoek naar een enthousiaste klantenservice medewerker die hun team wil versterken en bijdragen aan hun missie om voertuigen snel en efficiënt weer op de weg te krijgen. Jouw taken:
- Eerstelijns ondersteuning bieden bij internationale pechgevallen: Waar onze klanten zich ook bevinden in Europa, jij staat klaar om hen te helpen en hun zorgen weg te nemen.
- Regelmatig contact houden met dealers en klanten: Zodat iedereen altijd op de hoogte is van de voortgang van de reparaties.
- Samenwerken in een toegewijd team: Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat zich 24/7 inzet om onze klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. Kernwoorden: customer support advisor, customer service, call agent, klantenservice medewerker
Profiel
Bachelor denkniveau.Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels en Duits (minimaal B2-niveau), Frans is een pluspunt.
Flexibel in werktijden: Werken in een volcontinu systeem is voor jou geen probleem; je geniet juist van de variatie (bespreekbaar).
Rijbewijs B: Je moet zelfstandig naar het bedrijf kunnen komen.
Aanbod
Volvo contract bepaalde duur (geen interim contract, wél Volvo Contract). - Werktijden: 7.5 uur per dag, 37.5 uur per week.- Volcontinu uurrooster met rotatie van weekends en nachtshiften om de 6 tot 8 weken.
- Vakantiedagen: 20 dagen.
