Ben jij een technische IT'er die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Krijg je energie van het installeren, configureren en onderhouden van IT-infrastructuren en haal je voldoening uit het oplossen van technische uitdagingen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waar je dagelijks werkt aan uiteenlopende infrastructuurprojecten, jezelf verder kan ontwikkelen en mee het verschil maakt voor klanten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Installeer , configureer en onderhoud IT-infrastructuren, netwerken en POS-hardware bij klanten.
- Analyseer en los technische incidenten op, zowel op locatie als via telefoon of mail.
- Implementeer servers, firewalls, virtualisatie- en netwerkoplossingen.
- Werk zelfstandig aan technische projecten en overleg met een ervaren team van specialisten.
- Zorg voor een professionele service en een optimale klanttevredenheid.

Waarom is dit iets voor jou?
- Je hebt een bachelor Informatica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualisatie en firewalls.
- Je hebt ervaring met het configureren van firewalls en voelt je thuis binnen IT-infrastructuur.
- Je werkt klantgericht , denkt oplossingsgericht en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
- Kennis van Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V of elektronica is een mooie meerwaarde.
