What you will do

As a Senior Product Engineer you will be a key player in developing our core pricing manager system, helping hotels optimise their revenue. Your work will focus on building end-to-end features and capabilities for this system. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, data scientists and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions for the hospitality industry. This is a high-impact role that requires you to combine strong technical depth with collaborative soft skills.

Where you will have impact

• Work closely within a cross-functional squad to define, manage, and deliver high-quality, impactful features from concept to deployment.
• Develop and maintain services for our core pricing manager system using Go, Python, React, Ember.js by reading, reviewing & contributing to our codebase.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of our systems
• Understand the services of related teams such as Data Science, Integrations & Platform teams that power our product.
• Apply your architectural thinking to influence decisions on service boundaries, data ownership, and technical tradeoffs.
• Utilize AI coding tools like Claude Code to accelerate development, documentation, and other daily tasks.

You'll be joining the Pricing Innovation team, a close-knit, cross-functional squad of engineers and a product manager. Our team is the driving force behind features that recommend hoteliers how to optimise their day-to-day pricing. We have a strong culture of ownership and collaboration, and we're big on AI enablement, actively using tools like Claude Code to work smarter. We're a proactive bunch who love to learn and aren't afraid to defend our ideas to build the best product possible.

Who you are

• Product-minded pairing of deep backend experience ( Go or Python/Django ) with frontend literacy to ship end-to-end features. Driven by user impact.
• Pragmatic and experienced in breaking complex outcomes into incremental releases while maintaining clean service boundaries, data ownership and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, with an eagerness to leverage AI to move faster.
• Fluency in English with a "can-do" attitude, capable of clear stakeholder communication and taking full ownership of your domain.

We welcome

• Experience with the other backend languages
• Familiarity with our frontend stack (Ember.js/React/Typescript) 
• Experience in data-heavy product domains 
• Experience within the hospitality technology sector.
