Als Technical Trainer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en delen van technische kennis binnen de organisatie en ondersteun je techniekers bij complexe technische uitdagingen.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Geven van technische opleidingen aan techniekers, service support medewerkers en partners
- Organiseren en voorbereiden van technische trainingen
- Opbouwen en klaarzetten van trainingsmachines en opleidingsmateriaal
- Ondersteunen van techniekers bij complexe storingen, diagnoses en technische vraagstukken
- Telefonische en praktische ondersteuning bieden bij technische interventies
- Actueel houden van technische documentatie en kennisdatabanken
- Delen van technische updates, wijzigingen en productinformatie met collega's
- Samenwerken met fabrikanten om technische kennis verder uit te bouwen
- Opvolgen van nieuwe producten, technologieën en technische ontwikkelingen
- Vertalen van technische informatie naar duidelijke en begrijpbare opleidingen
- Actief bijdragen aan de technische groei en ontwikkeling van medewerkers

- Of ruime praktijkervaring als technieker, technisch specialist of technisch expert
- Sterke technische kennis van machines, voertuigen of technische installaties
- Ervaring met het geven van opleidingen is een pluspunt
- Je kan complexe technische informatie helder en begrijpelijk uitleggen
- Oplossingsgerichte en analytische ingesteldheid
- Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkmethode
- Klantgerichte en servicegerichte houding
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Empathisch vermogen en coachende aanpak
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels , zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Bereidheid om jouw technische kennis voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen
