Wat ga je doen?  

Tijdens deze stage ondersteun je het Safety, Health & Wellbeing team met praktische en waardevolle taken die bijdragen aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. 
Jij helpt onze processen te verbeteren, digitaliseren en toegankelijker te maken voor alle collega’s. 

Je zal: 

• administratieve opvolging doen en rapportages/documentatie mee digitaliseren 
• ondersteunen bij risicoanalyses en deze vertalen naar duidelijke acties en aanbevelingen 
• veiligheidsinstructiekaarten opstellen, actualiseren en visueel aantrekkelijk vormgeven 
• ownership nemen over één of meerdere Go Healthyinitiatieven, van idee tot uitvoering 
• bijdragen aan efficiëntere rapportering en procesverbetering in samenwerking met het team 

Jouw toekomstige team 

Je maakt deel uit van het Safety, Health & Wellbeing team en werkt nauw samen met collega’s verspreid over de site. 
Het team combineert een handson mentaliteit met een sterke focus op preventie, welzijn, veiligheid en continue verbetering. 
Je komt terecht in een warm team dat openstaat voor nieuwe ideeën en jou actief begeleidt.

Essentieel 

• Je bent student Integrale Veiligheid, Preventie, HR, Health & Wellbeing of een gelijkaardige richting 
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, en gaat respectvol en zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie 
• Je hebt interesse in digitalisering en administratieve optimalisatie 
• Je communiceert helder en professioneel 
• Je denkt proactief mee en zet ideeën om in concrete acties 

Pluspunten 

• interesse in risicoanalyse en preventie 
• vaardigheid in Microsoft-tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) 
• ervaring met rapportering, documentatie of visuele content (bv. instructiekaarten) 
• affiniteit met welzijns-, gezondheids- of HR-initiatieven
