Voor onze klant in Brussel, een grote naam in de banksector, zoeken we een administratief talent dat mee instaat voor de verwerking van dossiers rond fiscale terugvorderingen en effectenadministratie.
Jouw functie:
Als Tax Officer ondersteun je de verwerking van fiscale dossiers en zorg je ervoor dat alle documenten correct worden voorbereid voor indiening bij buitenlandse fiscale autoriteiten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ordenen, scannen en registreren van documenten.
- Samenstellen en vervolledigen van fiscale dossiers.
- Controleren van de juistheid en volledigheid van dossierinformatie.
- Administratief voorbereiden van dossiers voor indiening bij fiscale autoriteiten.
- Verwerken en opvolgen van grote volumes administratieve documenten.
- Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dossierverwerking.
- Mee nadenken over verbeteringen van processen en werkmethodes.

Je beschikt over
- Een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Een goede kennis van Excel.
- Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding.
Je bent daarnaast
- Kwaliteitsbewust en oog voor detail.
- Comfortabel met repetitief en administratief werk.
- Betrouwbaar en respecteert procedures en afspraken.
- Gemotiveerd om deadlines te halen en kwalitatief werk af te leveren.
- Een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
Talenkennis
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans.
- Kennis van de tweede landstaal is een pluspunt.
Extra troef
- Ervaring binnen de bank- of financiële sector is mooi meegenomen.
- Ervaring met effectenadministratie of fiscale dossiers is een plus.
