Brand Manager (m/f/d) - Companion Animals

Our company, based primarily in Brussels, is focused on making our companion animal portfolio accessible to veterinarians, pet owners, and other key customers. We combine expertise in marketing, sales, digital, market access, and veterinary science to deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions that improve animal health and wellbeing. 

About the Role

As Brand Manager, you will play a key role in translating global and regional strategy into locally relevant campaigns and initiatives for the Belgian market. You will manage the full campaign cycle — from planning and briefing to execution, performance tracking, and optimization — in close collaboration with the Strategic Portfolio Lead, Sales, and Digital & Customer Engagement teams. 

You will help develop omnichannel campaigns, support product launches, coordinate content and events, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. You will also work with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality, compliant, and data-driven marketing activities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels 
• Localize global and regional content for the Belgian market 
• Coordinate campaign planning, approvals, timelines, and performance tracking 
• Support launch readiness, events, and customer engagement initiatives 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies 
• Use market insights and analytics to improve campaign performance 

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field 
• Several years of experience in marketing or brand management  
• Experience with omnichannel campaign execution and content development 
• Strong project management and analytical skills 
• Ability to communicate scientific content clearly and effectively 
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English
