Notre client, acteur reconnu du secteur de la distribution et de la logistique, connaît aujourd'hui une phase stratégique de transformation et de structuration.
Dans ce contexte exigeant, nous recherchons des profils expérimentés, autonomes et orientés résultats afin de renforcer les équipes opérationnelles et managériales du site.
Ces recrutements représentent de véritables opportunités pour des professionnels souhaitant avoir un impact concret, accompagner le changement et contribuer activement à la montée en performance d'une organisation logistique.
Rattaché(e) à la direction des opérations, vous aurez un rôle clé dans la gestion et l'évolution de l'activité.
Vos responsabilités pourront inclure :
- Manager les équipes opérationnelles en développant une culture de performance, d'engagement et de responsabilisation
- Garantir la maîtrise des opérations quotidiennes : réception, stockage, préparation, expédition et gestion des flux
- Définir et suivre les objectifs opérationnels (productivité, qualité, délais, coûts, sécurité)
- Identifier les axes d'amélioration et déployer des plans d'action efficaces
- Accompagner les équipes dans un environnement en transformation
- Structurer les méthodes de travail et renforcer les standards opérationnels
- Être un acteur majeur de la satisfaction client et de la performance globale du site

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :
-Votre expérience dans le management d'équipes logistiques ou industrielles
-Votre capacité à prendre des décisions et agir avec autonomie
-Votre leadership naturel et votre capacité à fédérer autour d'objectifs communs
-Votre aptitude à gérer des situations complexes et à conduire le changement
-Votre orientation résultats et votre exigence sur la qualité d'exécution
-Votre capacité à analyser une activité et transformer les problématiques en solutions concrètes
-Une expérience significative en environnement entrepôt, supply chain, distribution ou logistique sera fortement appréciée.
Mission de longue durée, 2 pauses, assorti d'un package salarial attractif, dans un environnement de travail agréable.
