- Vous gérez une équipe de techniciens.
- Vous assurez la gestion du personnel : pointage, planification des interventions, suivi et management opérationnel.
- Vous garantissez un suivi clientèle de qualité.
- Vous coordonnez le suivi des bons de commande et la bonne exécution des travaux.
Profil
- Vous disposez impérativement d'un background en électricité, électromécanique ou électronique.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience de plus de 5 ans en planification d'interventions et dans les métiers de la sécurité, principalement dans le domaine de l'incendie.
- Vous avez un solide niveau technique, vous permettant de guider les techniciens lors de leurs interventions.
- Vous êtes en possession des attestations VCA Base, BA4 et BA5.
- Vous présentez une bonne vie et mours (indispensable).
