Customer Retention Expert

In deze rol combineer je strategisch inzicht , campagnebeheer en stakeholdermanagement om tastbare businessimpact te creëren. Vanuit Evere draag je bij aan duurzame groei via gerichte en doordachte klantacties.
De functie inhoud
Wat deze job als Customer Retention Manager inhoudt:
- Beheren van klantenbehoud
- Bepalen van een duidelijke klantstrategie in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen
- Vertalen van strategie naar concrete actie- en campagneplannen
- Coördineren van de uitvoering van campagnes
- Fungeren als single point of contact voor alle initiatieven binnen het toegewezen klantensegment
- Bijdragen aan budgetprognoses
Het profiel
Wie zich herkent in deze rol als Customer Retention Manager:
- Beschikt over een diploma in Management, Marketing, Communicatie of een aanverwante richting
- Minstens 3 jaar relevante professionele ervaring
- In staat om businessuitdagingen te vertalen naar concrete en uitvoerbare actieplannen
- Comfortabel in het aansturen van projectteams en het realiseren van campagnes
- Vlotte kennis van Engels en Frans ; kennis van het Nederlands is een plus
