Sales Planning Associate

Orange Business Digital Belgium has deployed a modern Sales model, aiming at optimizing the Sales funnel from the lead generation to the opportunity closing, as well as the customer nurturing.
The Sourcing Assistant will support our Sales model by assisting in some important steps of the sales process funnel.
You will be a crucial part of our Sourcing Team, a significant part of our new model, in charge of overseeing the administrative aspects of demands pipe in close collaboration with our customers, account leads and sourcing lead.

Contract Lifecycle management: activate and closely follow up of Purchase Orders.
Act as point of contact for maintaining the data quality in our ERP and CRM.
Assist the Sourcing Lead with various forecasting and analytical exercises to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
Ad-hoc supporting with administrative tasks, in relation to the business priorities such as supporting the Bid office in RFP's, contractual follow-up of our freelancers, etc.

A bachelor’s degree as Executive Assistant, Commercial Administration or related field.
First experience in a similar position or any other sales/admin related role is a strong asset.
Team worker with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
