Jouw rol
Als Senior Account Manager voor de standbouw ben je het primaire aanspreekpunt voor je klanten. Je combineert commerciële relaties, het aansturen van complexe projecten en het ontwikkelen van de omzet.
Je werkt nauw samen met de interne teams en blijft altijd gericht op klantenservice, kwaliteit en winstgevendheid.
Je komt terecht in een hecht en samenwerkend team, bestaande uit Account Managers, Sales Coördinators, projectmanagers en interieurarchitecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Commercieel beheer en ontwikkeling
- Beheren en ontwikkelen van een klantenportefeuille (grote accounts)
- Omzet genereren via prospectie en klantenbinding (Hunting en Farming)
- Aanwezig zijn op beurzen en belangrijke evenementen in België en Europa (enkele maanden per jaar, maximaal 3 dagen per maand)
- Marktkansen voor de stand identificeren en bijdragen aan de commerciële strategie
Klantrelatie & projectmanagement
- Het bevoorrechte contactpunt van de klant zijn
- Merkuitdagingen, behoeften en beperkingen begrijpen
- Klanttevredenheid garanderen (budget, kwaliteit, deadlines)
- Het interne project aansturen met de verschillende betrokken teams
Organisatie & opvolging
- Klantenbestanden invoeren en opvolgen in Odoo
- Administratieve nauwkeurigheid waarborgen (briefings, offertes, opvolging, CRM)
- Korte periodes van hoge intensiteit beheren
- Een duidelijke en gestructureerde rapportage opzetten
Terrein
- Voor sommige klanten is een occasionele aanwezigheid op de werf vereist
Gezocht profiel
Ervaring & vaardigheden
- 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring in B2B-verkoop in evenementen, communicatiebureaus, reclame, marketing, merken of vergelijkbare omgevingen
- Commerciële vaardigheden bewezen door een trackrecord
- Sterke ervaring in pitchmanagement en het opnemen van klantbriefings
- Vermogen om snel klantbehoeften te begrijpen en een vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen
- Vermogen om de stem van de klant intern te vertegenwoordigen
- Bewezen ervaring in het coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams rond projecten
- Gedreven zijn door de wens om dezelfde uitvoeringskwaliteit te leveren, zowel voor "kleine" projecten als voor grootschalige projecten.
- Uitstekend in de omgang met hooggeplaatste gesprekspartners (grote accounts, besluitvormers)
- Sterke resultaatgerichtheid en het vermogen om te evolueren met hoge omzetdoelstellingen

- Tweetalig Frans / Nederlands
- Goede kennis van het Engels
