Assignment – Product Owner / Business Analyst (Mobile Law Enforcement Applications)
Mission
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to strengthen the existing team (currently composed of Product Owners and an Incident/Technical Coordinator). The role combines product ownership, business analysis, and change management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership
- End-to-end functional and business ownership of assigned applications
- Single point of contact for users and stakeholders
- Collect, analyse and translate business needs into clear requirements
- Align with external product/vendor Product Owner
- Provide regular reporting to program management
Business Analysis
- Support definition and analysis of new modules and features
- Model AS-IS / TO-BE processes (BPMN)
- Conduct impact analyses (legal, security, technical)
- Coordinate with internal and external development teams
- Act as bridge between business, IT, and security stakeholders
Change Management & Support
- Support end users in adoption of tools and new features
- Deliver trainings and information sessions
- Maintain documentation and communication materials
- Handle second-line support and user communication

Practical Information
- Start: 15/05/2026 (ASAP)
- Duration: until 31/12/2026 (renewable)
- Full-time (40h/week)
- Location: Brussels (on-site minimum 2 days/week, hybrid model)
- Engagement: freelance or employee via staffing/detachment model
