Wat ga je doen?
Pour une entreprise active dans les services aux entreprises, nous recherchons actuellement un Area Manager afin de superviser plusieurs sites situés dans la région de Bruxelles. Vous êtes responsable de la qualité des prestations, de la gestion des équipes et de la satisfaction des clients. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'organisation quotidienne des opérations et dans le développement des relations avec les clients. Vos responsabilités Gestion opérationnelle Superviser plusieurs sites et assurer le bon déroulement des prestations Organiser les activités conformément aux cahiers des charges Veiller au respect des normes de qualité, sécurité et environnement Réaliser des contrôles qualité réguliers sur les différents sites Mettre en place des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire Gestion des équipes Recruter, intégrer et accompagner les collaborateurs Organiser les plannings et gérer les remplacements Encadrer, motiver et évaluer les équipes Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des règles de travail Gestion des clients Être le point de contact principal de votre portefeuille clients Organiser des réunions de suivi régulières Assurer le traitement des demandes et réclamations Développer une relation durable avec les clients Identifier des opportunités de développement auprès des clients existants Gestion financière Assurer le suivi de la rentabilité des contrats Contrôler les prestations et les coûts opérationnels Participer à la préparation des budgets Optimiser les ressources humaines et matérielles

Opleiding: Bachelier ou expérience équivalente
Vakkennis: Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion opérationnelle multisites Expérience dans le facility management, le nettoyage professionnel ou les services aux entreprises Expérience en gestion d'équipes Expérience dans la gestion de clients B2B Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants Expérience dans le suivi de budgets et d'indicateurs de performance constitue un atout
Talenkennis: Français : excellente maîtrise Néerlandais : excellente maîtrise Le bilinguisme est indispensable pour assurer le suivi des équipes et des clients dans la région de Bruxelles.
