Beschrijving van de functie
Als SAP Area Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de technisch applicatieve en transactionele processen binnen Retail, finance en Supply Chain (SAP retail).
Concreet neem je de leading rol op binnen het domein van Masterdata (MD) en Source to Assort (S2A, alle technische en functionele processen met betrekking tot promo, pricing en assortimentbeheer). Je ondersteunt de business met betrekking tot alle processen die deel uitmaken van jouw domein teneinde vereenvoudigde en geoptimaliseerde processen en tools aan te leveren die de E2E supply chain-efficiëntie verhoogt.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Als area lead ondersteun je de business en ben je de link naar onze IT-departementen.
- Je maakt actief deel uit van projecten: je analyseert de technische applicatieve en operationele processen van het project en stelt oplossingen voor.
- Je plant, organiseert en beheert jouw area betreffende staffing, workload en processen in samenspraak met jouw manager.
- Je coördineert en prioriteert aanvragen naar het IT-departement van jouw business om zo een efficiënte en adequate ondersteuning te bieden voor de belangrijkste en meest urgente requests.
- Je staat in voor het oplossen van complexe incidenten en ondersteunt de experts en specialisten binnen het BPO-team alsook van onze interne klanten (Masterdatateamn, pricing teams, assortment teams,.) in het aanbieden van deskundige oplossingen voor vraagstukken, verbeteringen of problemen.
- Je zorgt voor een degelijke opleiding aan de belanghebbenden bij bijvoorbeeld introductie van nieuwe velden, of de lancering van nieuwe tools.
- Je stelt KPI's op, volgt ze op en je ontwikkelt een gezamenlijke rapportering met als doel visibiliteit te creëren naar alle stakeholders inzake status, stabiliteit, volledigheid en performantie.
- Je rapporteert aan het head of BPO.
Jouw profiel
- Je kan minstens 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen binnen master data en/of supply chain processen.
- Je hebt operationele kennis van retailprocessen .
- Je hebt doorgedreven kennis van SAP (retail) en masterdata , assortment , promo creation en pricing .
- Kennis van andere business user applicaties ( SAP BW, Incident Management tools, DIAMS Delhaize article mgmt.. tool, Power BI ...) is een plus.
- Je bent een vlotte , assertieve communicator en je durft je zichtbaar op te stellen.
- Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en je hebt een kritisch denkvermogen.
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen.
