Website: Instagram: Buying, Curating and Styling Intern Vision We are a fashion platform that connects fashion forward local boutiques and upcoming designers across Europe to consumers worldwide, with a special focus in India. The idea is to really push stores and designers that are super cool, unique and local. We will be curating and selecting shops and designers and selecting those that we would like to retail and collaborate with. So think your local neighborhood shoe store, or the top design student at the Royal academy or some unknown brands that have high quality leather etc. We will be speaking with store owners, designers and really going into their story - why did they decide to be local, why the products they choose, why these price points. The idea is to connect consumers to a world that is undiscovered and is the true gem of Europe’s fashion scene. Job Profile I need a creative minded person that is inspired by fashion and loves unique things. Thinks outside the box and is detail oriented. As the company stands for undiscovered talent, I also want to kickstart it with the help of upcoming and hardworking young people. I want this to be an opportunity for them to really have FUN, while pushing their own creativity and thinking with a business mindset. For this role, you really need to understand two things - fashion and consumers. You need to be great at research and finding the right type of brands, selecting the products that will work for our consumer and doing a buying exercise that will lead to high ROI. Responsibilities and learning It is a role that combines creativity and financials along with consumer psychology. Your work will have real impact as you will be responsible for what is sold / monetized and work closely with the CEO.

Research and find new brands that match our curation criteria
Select specific pieces from these designers that put together a good stock inventory and style that matches the AiSPi aesthetic
Understand and analyze our consumer and their buying trends
Make a match between consumer and product and prepare a buying order for the designer - Create social media content that pushes the sales of the products that form our inventory for example: styling stories, curate with me series, know more about the designer
Have a keen eye for fashion aesthetics and also research trends in visual imagery that can be replicated at AiSPi
Repurpose content with creativity and amplify it
Maintain and clean our database of over 2500+ designers and boutique stores. You will have to not only update the facts but also create systems so we can filter and find any designer / boutique from that list within minutes when we have to place a buy order/ create marketing content
Be a walking talking AiSPi designer and boutique encyclopedia

You need to

Keen sense of visual aesthetic that is fashion forward and edgy
Fashion curation that matches with our aesthetic
Excitement in discovering new brands and trends
Knowledge of upcoming trends
Knowledge of the Indian market is a plus
Buying and merchandising training / education
Be detail oriented
Think outside of the box and take the extra initiative to learn
Expertise in social media content creation for stories, feed, reels - very good aesthetic sense in graphic and visual creation
Be able to translate vision into visual
Love fashion, imagery, videos and also be up to date with the latest technology launches - Be agile and a fast paced worker
Very good on excel and organized
Like data crunching and numbers

You will report directly to the CEO and founder and be working alongside the content managerand visual social media team to support them

Deadline focused.
You need to be based out of or be able to move to Belgium for this role. It can be a part remote internship if you are based out of India, then we can work on a few weeks in Belgium and back to India.
