Functieomschrijving Je beheert payroll A tot Z voor een portefeuille van ongeveer 600 medewerkers (bedienden & studenten):
Payrollverwerking via een intern systeem en met het sociaal secretariaat.
Controle van berekeningen , uitzonderingen en variabele elementen (deeltijdse uren, commissies, bonussen).
Opvolgen van verloven , tijdelijke contracten, in- en uitstroom, afwijkende uurroosters en winkelopeningen.
Tijdsregistratieprojecten mee vormgeven (nieuwe systemen, flexijobs, integraties).
Samenwerken met het team rond optimalisaties (Engels).
Begeleiden en coachen van junior payrollcollega’s.
Meewerken aan HR-projecten zoals procesharmonisatie, nieuwe systemen en digitalisering.
Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen payroll.
Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Sterke kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving.
Je werkt graag in een team en houdt van een omgeving waar veel beweegt.
Vlotte kennis van Nederlands én Frans + basis Engels .
Kennis van Spaans .
Je komt terecht in een warm, inclusief en collegiaal team waar iedereen elkaar ondersteunt en waar je veel kan leren én bijdragen.
