Op zoek naar een functie als Collection Officer in Brussel?
Voor een uitdagend project bij onze klant in Brussel (ASAP tot eind 2026) zoeken wij een dynamische teamplayer met een eerste ervaring in contactcenters. In deze rol beheer je zowel inkomende als uitgaande gesprekken, onderhandel je oplossingsgericht met klanten en help je betalingsachterstanden proactief op te lossen. Een hybride functie (50% kantoor / 50% thuiswerk) waarin je je sterke talenkennis (NL/FR) en onderhandelingsskills dagelijks inzet!
Plaats van tewerkstelling: Brussel (Hybride: 50% op kantoor / 50% thuiswerk)
Tijdsduur project: ASAP tot 31/12/2026
Taalkennis: Uitstekend Frans en Nederlands (sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in beide talen)
Essentieel: Een eerste ervaring met telefonische contacten en werken binnen een contact center-omgeving
Nice-to-have: Een eerste ervaring binnen de bank- en financiële sector
