Location: Belgium (Brussel’s office)

R&D, RA, Safety, Packaging).
Policy Monitoring and Analysis: Proactively monitor, analyze, and interpret EMEA and national legislation, regulations, and policy initiatives that could impact Colgate-Palmolive's operations, products, and reputation. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Legal, Commercial teams, etc in assessing the impacts.
Partner with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Communications, and Commercial teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to advocacy. Trade Association Management: Master’s or other advanced degree in business, policy, human or pharmaceutical sciences.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other European languages, particularly French or German, is a strong asset.
A strong team player with the ability to build consensus and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
