CHARP is an innovative start-up born from a university research project specializing in monitoring solutions for the conservation of art and cultural heritage. With their advanced technology they help museums archives and public institutions preserve and protect their collections optimally. With ambitious growth plans CHARP is looking for a driven Sales Manager to structure and optimize its commercial strategy.
Strategic and impactful role - Take full ownership of the sales strategy and the sales team. Help elevate the company to the next level.
Events & networking - Represent CHARP at international trade fairs and conferences to build an influential network in the art world.
Play a key role to the growth of a start-up with the support of a solid and reputed board of investors.
Business development - Identify prospect and establish partnerships with museums libraries cultural institutions and galleries.
Key account management - Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients in Belgium and internationally.
People Management - Develop and coach a commercial team towards sales objectives
Participation in industry events - Attend trade fairs and networking events to increase CHARPs visibility and brand awareness.
Structuring & optimization - Define KPIs structure sales processes and closely monitor performance.
Market insights & innovation - Provide sales-driven market insights to inform and support R&D and product innovation strategies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the cultural technological or public sector.
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is required.
Able to work independently and thrive in a creative team environment.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and public tenders is a strong advantage.
