Business Analyst Service (Asset Management)

NORRIQ is seeking a Senior/Medior Consultant with a blend of business analysis and product ownership experience, focused on Wealth & Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in regulatory topics, digital transformation, and investment product management, enabling them to contribute both client-side and internally to NORRIQ's strategic initiatives.

Work within cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver strategic projects in the Wealth & Asset Management domain. Launching and managing investment products, such as Robo-advisors.

# Engage stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

Perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing processes, and systems to ensure alignment regulatory compliance (ex. Contribute to NORRIQ’s growing expertise in Wealth & Asset Management by conducting market research, developing proposals, and supporting business development activities.

Play a proactive role in knowledge sharing, supporting internal training, and coaching sessions to foster continuous learning.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner preferably in the domain of Wealth & Asset Management (or a similar domain).

Proficient in business analysis with a track record of turning complex concepts into actionable requirements.

Investment product management and/or;

# Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management within cross-functional teams.

Languages: English and in Dutch or French, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language.

Soft Skills: Strong communicator with an analytical approach, proactive mindset, team spirit, and adaptability. Skilled in time management and fostering collaboration.
