- Nieuwe klanten ontwikkelen binnen industriële sectoren
- Bestaande contracten verdiepen , verbreden en verlengen
- Noden en flows in kaart brengen rond facility en serviceprocessen
- Oplossingen omzetten naar haalbare en schaalbare servicecontracten
- Stakeholders begrijpen en verbinden (operations, EHS, facility, procurement)
- Pipeline en forecasting nauwkeurig beheren in CRM (Salesforce)
- In nauwe samenwerking met service- en operations-teams zorgen voor betrouwbare uitvoering

Een sterke speler in circulaire facility services versterkt het commerciële team binnen het industriële segment. De organisatie is in evolutie: duidelijke segmentatie, CRM-discipline, focus op retentie en voorspelbare groei. Geen losse deals najagen, wel gestructureerde commerciële groei met inhoud en partnership .
Rol & Doel
De Business Development Manager Industrial bouwt een duurzame klantenbasis uit binnen industriële omgevingen in België. Denk aan productie, logistiek, voeding, pharma, retail en events waar veiligheid, continuïteit en kwaliteit centraal staan.
Candidat
Profiel
- Minstens 5 jaar B2B-ervaring binnen industrie of technische dienstverlening
- Consultative selling en multi-stakeholder verkooptrajecten beheersen
- Vertrouwd met CRM-gestuurd werken (Salesforce of gelijkwaardig)
- Nederlands vlot, Engels functioneel en Frans is een plus
