Responsable grands comptes
L'organisation commerciale évolue vers plus de stabilité et de focus. La prochaine étape consiste à renforcer l'account management, la rétention et le développement de la valeur au sein des contrats existants. Identifier et transformer les opportunités d'extension (nouveaux sites, services complémentaires…)
Assurer une gestion structurée du pipeline, du forecast et du reporting CRM
Collaborer avec les différentens équipes pour garantir la qualité délivrée
Vous développez et gérez un portefeuille de clients stratégiques dans des environnements industriels et corporate où la continuité et la fiabilité sont essentielles. Les contrats sont pluriannuels, souvent multi-sites, et requièrent une gestion cohérente des parties prenantes, des processus de service et de la valeur commerciale.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes clés dans un environnement de services B2B
Excellente capacité d'analyse, de préparation et de conduite d'échanges au niveau du management
Langues : Français, Anglais, le Néerlandais est un atout
